We can take your file from disclosures through closing.
Send us a complete loan application & docs you’ve collected and we’ll take it from there. We’ll review the file for completeness, send disclosures (upon request), reach out to the borrower for additional or missing docs, submit to underwriting & take the file through closing.
Services Include but are not limited to:
- Initial review of the file for completeness & accuracy
- Sending initial loan estimate disclosures through the lender’s system
- Initial loan submission
- Conditional approval/clearing conditions
- Ordering third party services such as title work, insurance and appraisal
- Management of CD/closing process between lender & title company
- Maintaining federal and state guidelines and regulations related to mortgage lending
- Reviewing loan documents and conditions for accuracy and completion including the following:
- Income
- Assets
- Third party orders/services
